These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the conditions under which users access and use the Assurevo SaaS platform (hereinafter the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Assurevo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.

2. Purpose of the Platform
Assurevo is a SaaS solution designed for professionals and/or individuals, providing access to digital services related to insurance brokerage and intermediation, as well as analysis, management, and optimization tools (features may evolve).
The Platform provides informational and support tools only and does not constitute any contractual obligation of result.
3. Access to the Platform
Access to Assurevo is restricted to users who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Certain features may require the creation of a user account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Assurevo reserves the right to suspend or deny access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms.
4. Account Creation and Responsibilities
The user is solely responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
All activities conducted under their account
The accuracy of the information and content they provide
Any unauthorized or fraudulent use must be reported immediately to Assurevo.
5. Acceptable Use
The user agrees to use Assurevo in compliance with:
Applicable laws and regulations
These Terms
Public order and accepted standards of conduct
It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, or in any way that infringes the rights of Assurevo or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Assurevo Platform (including software, trademarks, logos, texts, interfaces, and databases) are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from ASSUREVO LLC is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability
Assurevo endeavors to ensure continuous access to the Platform. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or due to force majeure.
No compensation shall be due in case of temporary unavailability.
8. Liability
Assurevo makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and secure Platform. However:
Assurevo does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
Information provided does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on Platform information
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available on Assurevo.
10. Termination
Assurevo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access, without prior notice, in the event of:
Breach of these Terms
Behavior harmful to the Platform or other users
11. Modification of the Terms
Assurevo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be informed of any significant changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory provisions of the user’s country of residence apply.
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts of Delaware.
